What Praise Speech, Hidden Truth is about
Fu Zhiyuan, provincial top scorer in the college entrance exam, publicly claims his father is dead at the live provincial commendation ceremony, exposing how his deadbeat father Fu Zhenduo betrayed the family and transferred assets. Supported by her son, Su Changlan, a cleaning lady, decides to file for divorce. By chance she saves Jiang Xuyao, CEO of Jiang Group, kicking off her career rise.
HappyShort released it as 80 bite-size episodes mixing revenge, CEO romance and secret identity, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
Watch it for the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: the power gap between the leads and who ends up holding the cards.
Plan on roughly 2–3 hours from the first episode to the finale.
