The DramaNext guide
What Crown of Secrets is about
On a mission from the Emperor to find his mother, Evan uncovers corruption, betrayal, and a buried royal secret. But when the truth comes out, he realizes his real mother is someone he never could’ve imagined…
It runs 69 short episodes on Shortmax and leans on revenge and secret identity tropes, with each episode ending on a hook.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for revenge, the payoff is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: waiting for the truth about who the lead really is to come out.
Plan on roughly 1–3 hours from the first episode to the finale.
