The DramaNext guide
What BODYGUARD.EXE: Cheat Mode Activated is about
Lee Jae-jin, a security guard struggling to pay for his sister's surgery, awakens the mysterious Guardian System that grants him powerful abilities during a dispute with his colleague. When the company CEO Seo-yeon becomes the target of deadly attacks over a groundbreaking drug she developed, Jae-jin becomes her personal bodyguard.
Reelife released it as 60 bite-size episodes mixing CEO romance, contract relationship and romance, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for CEO romance, the payoff is the power gap between the leads and who ends up holding the cards. On top of that: the moment a deal stops being just a deal.
At roughly 1–2 hours in total, it's quicker to finish than most full-length series.
How to watch it
