What Reborn to Bond with My Ex's Dragon Ancestor is about
Reborn after Dragon King Geidon murdered her unborn eggs and destroyed her, Hebe refuses to become his queen again. To protect her clan, she enters the Dragon Abyss and bargains with Crest, an ancient wyrm suffering a mating fever. Their deal awakens a forgotten heart-bond, and Hebe conceives eighteen golden eggs.
Shortmax released it as 20 bite-size episodes mixing second chance and fantasy, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for second chance, the payoff is a lead who knows how it went wrong last time and plays it differently. On top of that: a world with its own rules and a lead who learns to bend them.
At about 24–44 minutes in total, it's quicker to finish than most full-length series.
