What General's Hidden Vow is about
Jiang Yunshu, a concubine’s daughter, devoted everything in her past life to supporting the poor scholar Liu Qian and earned the title of First-Rank Lady. Her elder legitimate sister Jiang Yunjiao suffered terribly after her husband died in battle. Reborn together, Jiang Yunjiao seizes Liu Qian first and marries Jiang Yunshu off to Gu Xinglan, a general rumored to be gravely injured and impaired.
General's Hidden Vow is a 70-episode vertical short drama from HappyShort, built around marriage drama, second chance and secret identity.
Is it worth watching?
Watch it for a marriage that starts on the wrong foot and has to be earned. On top of that: a lead who knows how it went wrong last time and plays it differently.
Plan on roughly 1–3 hours from the first episode to the finale.
