The DramaNext guide
What DRAGONBOUND: Born in Chains is about
Cursed with unparalleled dragon-taming gifts, Sera is cruelly betrayed by her fiancé Dorian and jealous stepsister Lysara, left to die at invaders’ hands. Reborn back to the day of her ruin, she swears savage payback. She strikes a twisted pact with ruthless outcast Prince Kael, wielding fierce war-dragons as weapons to manipulate every royal foe.
DRAGONBOUND: Born in Chains is a 20-episode vertical short drama from Shortmax, built around revenge, second chance and fantasy.
Is it worth watching?
Watch it for the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: a lead who knows how it went wrong last time and plays it differently.
The whole series takes about 24–44 minutes, so it's an easy binge.
