What A Wish on a Falling Star is about

It runs 45 short episodes on Vigloo and leans on fantasy, secret identity and romance tropes, with each episode ending on a hook.
Is it worth watching?
The draw here is a world with its own rules and a lead who learns to bend them. On top of that: waiting for the truth about who the lead really is to come out.
The whole series takes roughly 1–2 hours, so it's an easy binge.
