The DramaNext guide
What Rich Family Trap is about
Elias Voss, vice president of the Mila Consortium, discovers his wife Mila is involved with her childhood sweetheart Owen—and that Mila's obsession and Owen's schemes led to the poisoning of his birth mother, Elara. With the help of his childhood friend Emilia Ward, Elias fakes his death to escape, secretly gathers evidence, and ultimately turns Mila and Owen against each other.
It runs 70 short episodes on Reelife and leans on revenge, CEO romance and marriage drama tropes, with each episode ending on a hook.
Is it worth watching?
Watch it for the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: the power gap between the leads and who ends up holding the cards.
Plan on roughly 1–3 hours from the first episode to the finale.
