What Watcher Of The Abyss is about
After ten years of hardship, orphan Grey joined the Holy Court’s Dragon-Slaying Legion to avenge his foster mother, killed by a black dragon. But truth was darker: once, the black dragon clan sacrificed themselves to seal the Abyss; the Holy Court shattered it, harvesting Abyssal power every twenty years via the “Sacrifice of the Saintess” to feed false gods.
Watcher Of The Abyss is a 45-episode vertical short drama from CubeTV, built around revenge, fantasy and secret identity.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for revenge, the payoff is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: a world with its own rules and a lead who learns to bend them.
Plan on roughly 1–2 hours from the first episode to the finale.
