What Ward of Hearts is about
Silas is trapped inside a deadly psychiatric hospital instance where every room hides a kill rule and every creature is ranked S-Class for lethality. Just when death seems certain, a Romance Conquest System activates in his mind — turning every monster into a love target and every trap into a dating sim.
ReelShort released it as 24 bite-size episodes mixing romance, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
