Franklin Everett appears to be an ordinary middle-aged man, but he is secretly the Dragon Head of the powerful Heaven organization. After saving Kate Sutton, chairwoman of Starlight Group, they reunite by chance and enter a flash marriage. When his son’s gold-digging girlfriend turns against them, Kate repeatedly protects Franklin.
FunDrama released it as 64 bite-size episodes mixing marriage drama, fantasy and secret identity, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for marriage drama, the payoff is a marriage that starts on the wrong foot and has to be earned. On top of that: a world with its own rules and a lead who learns to bend them.
