What My Dad Chose a Stranger Over Me is about
After years of slaving away to support her family, she returns home for the holidays only to find an outsider adopted as their godson. Her parents trust this stranger blindly, completely disregarding her sacrifices. Betrayed by their bias and targeted by his schemes, she refuses to back down. Can she expose the con artist before he strips her family of everything?
iDrama released it as 86 bite-size episodes mixing revenge and secret identity, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for revenge, the payoff is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: waiting for the truth about who the lead really is to come out.
The whole series takes roughly 2–3 hours, so it's an easy binge.
