Misjudgment of the Villagers

Chen Haifeng, owner of an aquatic company, foresees a severe storm. He rushes to Tantu Village with eight million in cash to harvest live shrimp and help villagers evacuate. Fooled by a rival, villager Li Erqiang stirs others to refuse cooperation. Village chief Liu Degui embezzles subsidies and cuts corners on pond embankments. The embankments collapse in the storm, wiping out all shrimp farms.
