What Love in the Second Chapter is about
In a rural village during the 1980s, Naomi Hartwell works five years to support her fiancé, Benjamin Sterling, as he prepares for the exam. After he becomes the "top scorer," he breaks off their engagement condescendingly. Naomi marries Gabriel Rockwell, a shepherd whom everyone considers a fool. In the end, the "top scorer" turns out to be someone else with the same name as Benjamin. He, in fact, scored bottom.
Love in the Second Chapter is a 45-episode vertical short drama from DramaBox, built around revenge, marriage drama and second chance.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for revenge, the payoff is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: a marriage that starts on the wrong foot and has to be earned.
Plan on roughly 1–2 hours from the first episode to the finale.
