What Love at First Lie is about
Andrea Griffin accidentally ran into Zach Andrews's hotel room while escaping from danger. The two spent a night blinded by passion together, waking up the next morning with mixed emotions. Andrea fled the hotel the next morning after leaving half of the room's fees on the nightstand to attend a speed dating event. Motivated by his mother's nagging for him to find a wife, Zach attended the event himself.
DramaBox released it as 80 bite-size episodes mixing marriage drama and romance, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for marriage drama, the payoff is a marriage that starts on the wrong foot and has to be earned. On top of that: the push and pull between two leads who shouldn't work but do.
At roughly 2–3 hours in total, it's quicker to finish than most full-length series.
