The DramaNext guide
What Ice King's Redemption is about
Lucas is an SSS-ranked hockey prodigy, but his family treats him like a punching bag for his golden-boy twin, Liam. The ultimate betrayal hits when they steal Lucas's $3,500 knee surgery fund to buy Liam a custom stick, kicking Lucas into the freezing rain. Stripped of everything, Lucas finally walks away. He accepts a D1 offer from Minnesota.
It runs 20 short episodes on iDrama and leans on revenge, family secrets and campus tropes, with each episode ending on a hook.
Is it worth watching?
The draw here is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: the kids and family ties that pull the leads back together.
The whole series takes about 24–44 minutes, so it's an easy binge.
