The DramaNext guide
What I Was Sacrificed as Her Substitute, Then Reborn to Kill Them All is about
Reborn after dying for Lucian’s tribulation, Jade learns she was only a stand-in. Betrayed by her mentor Adrian and sacrificed for Clara, she awakens the forbidden power of Severance, cuts every bond, and turns her broken sword against those who used her. Hunted as a traitor, she returns to Blackthorn Academy to destroy its cruel rules and claim her own path.
VibeShort released it as 25 bite-size episodes mixing revenge and second chance, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for revenge, the payoff is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: a lead who knows how it went wrong last time and plays it differently.
The whole series takes about 30–55 minutes, so it's an easy binge.
On VibeShort it has 0 views, so plenty of people have already watched it.
