What Homecoming with Hidden Fortune is about
On the first day of the New Year, Eric Preston arrives at his in-laws’ with carefully prepared New Year goods, full of joy. Instead, he is met with coldness and distance from his wife’s family, who treat him with silence and disdain. Little do they know, the looked-down-upon son-in-law is actually the chairman of Westridge Group, one of the nation’s top ten corporations.
FunDrama released it as 89 bite-size episodes mixing marriage drama and secret identity, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for marriage drama, the payoff is a marriage that starts on the wrong foot and has to be earned. On top of that: waiting for the truth about who the lead really is to come out.
The whole series takes roughly 2–3 hours, so it's an easy binge.
