The DramaNext guide
What Fate: The Servant of the Night is about
Ha Yeonwoo, a popular low-class guy, has only one girl, Soyeon, the love of his dreams, in his heart. After touching a rich daughter Ohdong's nerves by mistake, he is put in danger, but Hwigeon and Cheon Ilhong save him to use him for their revenge on Byeok Family. Yeonwoo forcibly becomes a servant in Byeok Family to save his sister taken hostage, and there he reunites with Ohdong and Soyeon.
It runs 49 short episodes on Vigloo and leans on revenge, fantasy and romance tropes, with each episode ending on a hook.
Is it worth watching?
The draw here is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: a world with its own rules and a lead who learns to bend them.
Plan on roughly 1–2 hours from the first episode to the finale.
