The DramaNext guide
What Chess Saint: The Genius at the Peak is about
Poisoned and betrayed by a bitter rival at the peak of his career, the world's greatest Go master wakes up in the body of an ordinary, timid boy who has never touched a board. Once mocked and looked down on by everyone, he now wields unmatched genius. With every move, he dismantles arrogant opponents and shocks the entire competitive scene.
iDrama released it as 63 bite-size episodes mixing revenge, second chance and secret identity, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for revenge, the payoff is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: a lead who knows how it went wrong last time and plays it differently.
The whole series takes roughly 1–2 hours, so it's an easy binge.
How to watch it
Press play on episode 1 and DramaNext moves on to the next one by itself. No account and nothing to install. It was added to DramaNext on Oct 16, 2026.
