The DramaNext guide
What A Poor Wife, A World Ruler is about
Everyone calls Alice Anderson a worthless, penniless wife. She married him when he had nothing. She cleaned his toilets, ate from his dog bowl, and let his mother burn her skin. He never told the world she was his wife. Then he threw her away for another woman. Now he's about to learn the truth: The woman he discarded is the heir to the world's largest foundation. The empire he built? It belongs to her.
iDrama released it as 42 bite-size episodes mixing revenge, billionaire and marriage drama, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for revenge, the payoff is the slow build to a payback that lands hard. On top of that: the hidden-wealth reveals and the people who misjudged the lead.
The whole series takes roughly 1–2 hours, so it's an easy binge.
