The DramaNext guide
What 1999 Property Empire is about
Song Qian is reborn in 1999. Drawing on past memories, he starts with stock trading, partners with tycoon Zhou Dongqing in real estate speculation, pulls off the 100-million Mingzhu Garden project, and takes down building-materials king Zhao Hongtu. He heads to the provincial capital and defeats developer Chen Kunlong. Finally, he takes charge of Fengdu Group and expands nationwide.
HappyShort released it as 70 bite-size episodes mixing CEO romance and second chance, made to watch on a phone in one sitting or a few.
Is it worth watching?
If you came for CEO romance, the payoff is the power gap between the leads and who ends up holding the cards. On top of that: a lead who knows how it went wrong last time and plays it differently.
Plan on roughly 1–3 hours from the first episode to the finale.
How to watch it
