Never Look Back on Halloween

Tricked by her boyfriend Ryan into a haunted house despite her heart condition, Amber suffers a severe heart attack. Instead of helping, Ryan and her brother mock her and force her to apologize to Ryan's mistress. Surviving, Amber dumps Ryan, cuts off her brother, and sues them. Years later, she's happily engaged to a kind man. When her toxic ex and brother show up begging for forgiveness, she coldly locks them out. She has healed, found true love, and left the past behind.
