Elara is a plus-size girl who is betrayed by her stepbrother Dante and her first love, Lucian, heir to a mafia clan. She flees to Switzerland and learns she is with child. She gives birth to Theo alone and builds a new life as a top researcher. Three years on, Dante and Lucian find her and beg for a fresh start. But Theo looks just like Lucian. As old lies come to light, the two men must face a hard truth: the boy may be Lucian’s son, and Elara may know more than she says.
