De quoi parle Mother-in-Law's Stubborn Prejudice
In a military compound in the 1980s, military wife Shen Wanwan is severely allergic to peanuts, yet her mother-in-law Zhang Guilan stubbornly thinks she is just being dramatic. While Shen Wanwan is in confinement, Zhang Guilan repeatedly tests her and secretly adds peanuts to her soup, triggering anaphylactic shock in both Shen Wanwan and the newborn. Her husband Lu Chongshan stops trying to mediate, wakes up completely, and cuts ties with his own mother to protect his wife and child.
