My Cellar Opens to the Apocalypse

Separated from her family and diagnosed with cancer, she returns to her hometown in despair, only to discover that her old cellar connects to a post-apocalyptic world. By trading ordinary supplies for survival resources, she earns treatment money, regains hope, and begins helping the other world.
