What I Woke Up in 1865 with a Debt, a Widow, and a Rifle is about
Modern special forces soldier Martin wakes up in 1865 as a discharged Union engineer. His brother is dead from gambling debts, leaving a $2,500 debt, a collapsing cabin, and a terrified widow, Susan. Martin uses his engineering skills to fortify the home, fight off creditors, and build a settlement.
